Red Curry cooking sauce

ingredients: Organic coconut oil, lemongrass, galangal, shallots, garlic, kaffir lime leafs, anchovy fish sauce, chili peppers, spices (coriander seeds, cumin, cardamom)

Contains: Fish.

To make a SimpliThai Red Curry base combine with 400 ml. of coconut milk (we prefer AROY-D brand) and 1.5 cups of water or broth.

Serve with Jasmine rice. (recommended)
